Join our youth cheer squad and get ready to create unforgettable memories! Our squad is all about teamwork, dedication & spreading joy. Whether you are a seasoned cheerleader or its your first day, we welcome everyone with open arms. Get ready to learn new skills, boost your confidence!
Registration Includes:
Cheer camp, Cheer camp lunch, Trophy, Basic picture package,
Game and practice field rental, League/County Assessment fee
& Referee and athletic trainer fees

Flag Team Cheer ages 5-7

8u Cheer (Cannot turn 9 before 8/1)

In-person Signup Dates:
Chiefs Family Day/ Meet & Greet,

Required Documents for New Signups
- Player contract - original (in color) copies may be in b/w
- Physical - original copy (in color) copies may be in b/w (must be cleared by doctor with no restrictions and valid thru Nov 30th 2024
- Proof of residency - (*new players only*)
- Birth certificate- bring original for verification (will be returned) + 2 copies
- Must have the same address and parent/Guardian info on all 3 docs.
- No corrections,white out, staples or hole punches.
- Final 2024 report card- 5th grade and up
- Photos - (color) must be a clear head shot from the shoulders up. No hats, sunglasses. (Please don't attach photos to contracts)
- ** All SSDIB documents will be provided in person.
- ** If no bills are in your name, you will need a proof of residency letter signed by landlord. Copies will be available.
- * CABLE BILLS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IF A LANDLINE IS INCLUDED.
